2. Website access and server log files

When this website is accessed, the server processes technically necessary connection data to deliver the pages and to protect operational security. This usually includes the IP address, date and time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser information, system information, and the requesting domain.

This processing is carried out to provide the website securely and to investigate errors based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

3. Contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you enter, such as name, email address, company, phone number, subject, and message, is processed in order to handle your request and contact you.

This processing is carried out either on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, depending on the nature of the request.

4. Local storage in the browser

This website currently stores the selected language locally in the browser so that the previously used language version can be displayed again during your next visit. The browser storage key currently used is mx-locale.

This storage is used solely to improve the user experience and is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

5. Cookies and tracking

Marketing tracking is only activated after you explicitly consent in the consent dialog. Marketing scripts are not loaded without your consent. Your decision is stored locally in your browser under mx-marketing-consent-v1 and can be changed at any time through the privacy settings.

After consent, this website uses Google Ads to measure whether an ad visit leads to a successfully submitted contact enquiry. The Meta Pixel for Mx-Solutions also transmits page views and successfully submitted enquiries to Meta as events. Google or Meta may process usage data, online identifiers, browser data, and the page visited, including in third countries.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and, where information is stored on or read from your device, the applicable national telecommunications data protection law. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and object to the processing of your personal data within the legal framework. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory data protection authority.

7. SSL or TLS encryption

This website uses an encrypted connection so that transmitted content is protected during transport.

8. Note

These privacy notes reflect the current technical setup of the website. They do not replace individual legal advice for special business models or additional third-party and tracking services.
